Aesthetic gas curing for Ceramix-Nano finishing workflows

The Shining 3D Ceramix-Nano Aesthetic Curing Kit is an optional finishing add-on for practices that want a more controlled surface-curing step after stain and glaze. It supports an N2/CO2 gas-curing workflow inside a sealed chamber, helping reduce oxygen exposure during the final aesthetic cure.

Use it when surface character, gloss, and anterior appearance matter. Standard Ceramix-Nano curing remains the core strength workflow; the aesthetic kit adds a targeted finishing step for cosmetic refinement.

How it fits into the restoration workflow

1. Print and standard cure Complete the normal Ceramix-Nano print-and-cure workflow for the restoration.
2. Characterize the surface Apply stain and glaze when the case requires more lifelike shade or surface detail.
3. Add gas-curing finish Use the aesthetic kit to introduce N2 or CO2 into the sealed chamber for the final surface cure.
4. Finish for delivery The extra curing step is designed for anterior and high-visibility cases where surface finish is a priority.
