vhf S5 5-Axis Milling Machine
High-endurance 5-axis mill by vhf camfacture AG (Germany). The S5 combines a 600W spindle at 60,000 RPM with an 8-disc automatic changer and 16-tool magazine for continuous wet and dry production.

Materials
Processes zirconia, CoCr, titanium, glass ceramics, composites, PMMA, wax, and model plaster. Includes QuickFrame holder for highly translucent zirconia to prevent chipping.
Automation
Load up to 8 discs or 24 blocks for unattended production. Pneumatic robot gripper handles blank changes automatically. The ±30° B-axis enables complex undercut geometries for abutments, screw-retained prosthetics, and implant bars.
