Why the K5+ Is the Lab Standard
- 820W peak spindle power — most powerful in the vhf range. Higher sustained cutting force for dense zirconia and sintered CoCr frameworks without spindle stall.
- Hybrid ceramic ball bearings — 4-fold bearing with <3 μm concentricity deviation. Longer spindle life and smoother surface finishes than steel bearings.
- DIRECTDISC™ — tool-free disc fixation. Swap discs without wrenches or screws. Reduces material changeover to seconds.
- 16-tool changer with 30-tool active pool — software manages which tools are loaded. The K5+ tracks tool wear and prompts replacement before accuracy drops.
- Integrated ionizer — neutralizes static charge on plastic chips (PMMA, composites). Prevents chip accumulation that can interfere with milling accuracy.
- Built-in webcam + RGB LED — monitor jobs remotely. The LED lighting shows machine status at a glance.

The Complete vhf Lab
