Asiga Cure — Post-Curing Unit
The only post-curing unit that measures actual UV dose delivered instead of just time. Internal light sensor array, vacuum chamber, infrared heating to 80°C, and optional nitrogen connectivity for oxygen-free curing of biocompatible resins.
Why Dose Control Matters
- Dose-controlled curing — built-in radiometer measures actual UV energy delivered to the part, not just exposure time. LED output degrades over months; the Asiga Cure compensates automatically so every cure cycle is consistent.
- Vacuum chamber — internal pump evacuates to <1 ppm residual gas. Removes oxygen that inhibits surface cure — critical for biocompatible appliances that contact oral tissue.
- IR heating to 80°C — thermal post-cure cycle maximizes mechanical properties for denture bases, splints, and surgical guides per manufacturer specifications.
- Nitrogen/inert gas option — connect an external nitrogen source for guaranteed oxygen-free curing of Class IIa medical device resins.
- Touchless lid — same gesture-recognition opening as Asiga printers. No gloves contaminating the chamber.

Pre-Loaded Profiles
Ships with manufacturer-validated curing profiles for major dental resins. Create custom profiles for specialty materials. Asiga Cure tracks UV dose per cycle, so you have documentation for quality assurance.
Works With Any 3D Printer
While designed for the Asiga ecosystem, the Cure works with parts printed on any DLP/LCD printer. If you’re printing biocompatible appliances, dose-controlled curing isn’t optional — it’s required for consistent mechanical properties.
