Lab-grade wet mill validated for titanium abutment milling. 80,000 RPM water-cooled spindle, 8-tool changer, and capacity for 3 blocks simultaneously. The N4+ is vhf’s workhorse for glass ceramics, titanium, CoCr, and zirconia — all with wet processing.

Why the N4+ for Wet Milling

• 80,000 RPM — highest spindle speed in the vhf lineup. The extra speed matters for titanium and CoCr where clean cuts reduce heat buildup and tool wear.
• Titanium validated — −10 to +26 μm proven accuracy for titanium abutments. This is clinical-grade implant component precision.
• Water-cooled spindle with 8 fine nozzles — targeted cooling at the cutting edge. 3.5L integrated tank with active carbon filter keeps water clean cycle after cycle.
• 3 blocks simultaneously — load 3 different cases, queue them, and walk away. Each block up to 45 × 20 × 20 mm.
• 8-tool removable magazine — swap the entire tool magazine between material setups instead of individual burs.
• Pure water technology — no grinding additives needed (except for titanium). Lower consumable cost than competitive wet mills.

Specifications

N4+ vs. K5+

Both are lab-grade machines. The N4+ is wet-only and mills blocks (ideal for titanium abutments and glass ceramic blocks). The K5+ is dry-only and mills discs (ideal for zirconia disc production and CoCr sintered frameworks). Many lab or practices use both.
