Shining 3D FabCure 2 Post-Curing Unit

High-power UV and heat post-curing that finishes your resin prints to full mechanical strength — automatically.

The FabCure 2 is the post-curing station in Shining 3D's AccuFab digital workflow. After a print is washed and dried, it goes into the FabCure 2 to complete the chemical cure that gives resin parts their final hardness, dimensional stability, and biocompatibility. Powerful multi-directional LEDs combined with a precisely controlled heating module ensure every surface of the part cures evenly, so crowns, models, surgical guides, splints, dentures, and try-ins come out consistent every time. It is designed for dental labs and clinics that need repeatable, hands-off finishing without babysitting a timer.

Why the FabCure 2 stands out

Multi-directional UV LEDs — LEDs emit powerful ultraviolet light from the sides and bottom of the chamber, cured across every face of the part so nothing is left under-exposed. Rated at 70W of LED power (30 LEDs).
Rotating turntable — A motorized turntable spins at 10 r/min during the cycle to ensure balanced, uniform curing on all surfaces.
Precise heat control to 60°C — An integrated ceramic heating module holds the chamber at the target temperature to accelerate cross-linking and maximize the final mechanical properties of the resin.
District Cooling System — Keeps the working screen under 40°C while the chamber heats, helping to extend the lifespan of the LEDs and electronics.
Automatic material profiles — Select your resin with the knob and the correct post-curing time and temperature are set automatically, removing guesswork from the process.

Auto chamber lamp — An interior lamp turns on automatically when the chamber door is opened for easy loading and unloading.

Built for the AccuFab workflow

The FabCure 2 completes Shining 3D's print-wash-cure chain alongside the AccuFab printers and FabWash cleaning station. Because the correct time and temperature for Shining 3D materials are pre-programmed, your team simply loads the washed parts, selects the resin, and lets the unit run. For heavy production, allow the unit to cool for 15 minutes after two continuous hours of operation at 60°C to extend the service life of the LEDs.
