Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is in unused and unopened condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product is not a customized, discontinued, or final sale item.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@dentcore.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, restocking, and processing returned products.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns of large equipment, heavy items, or special-order products, due to the additional handling, and logistics involved.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please note the following:
- The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product minus the 15% restocking fee (if applicable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact customer service to arrange a replacement. The item must meet the same conditions as a return (unused and in original packaging).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any return shipping costs, without a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Lost Items
We are not responsible for damages or loss caused during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
