Digital jaw motion tracking system by Amann Girrbach. The Zebris sensors capture mandibular movement in 3D — opening/closing, protrusion, lateral excursions — and transfer that data directly to CAD software for virtual articulation.

What Zebris Replaces

• Replaces mechanical facebows and pantographs with digital capture. No wax bites, no manual articulator programming.
• Virtual articulation — jaw motion data feeds into CAD (exocad, Ceramill) for functionally designed restorations that account for actual patient movement.
• TMJ assessment — objective data for diagnosis. Visualize restricted opening, clicking, and asymmetric patterns.
• Repeatable captures — no operator variability from hand-positioned facebows.
