Getting started

Send your exocad dongle serial number. Dentcore verifies and activates your license, usually within 1–2 business days.
Your subscription bills monthly. Add or drop modules anytime as your caseload changes.
Please read
- Monthly billing. Your subscription renews automatically each month to the card on file until you cancel.
- Billed in advance. We charge 5–10 days before each renewal date so your license never lapses mid-cycle.
- Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails and isn't resolved, your exocad license will be deactivated/cancelled until payment is brought current.
- License & dongle. A valid exocad dongle is required. Licenses are activated by Dentcore after verification; the one-time setup fee is billed on your first invoice.
- Cancel anytime. Month-to-month, no long-term lock-in. Access continues through the period you've paid for.
