vhf E5 — 5-Axis Dry Disc Mill

The first 5-axis dry disc mill that requires no compressed air. 17-tool changer, ±35° B-axis rotation, and compatibility with 98.5 mm discs up to 40 mm thick. Mills zirconia, composites, PMMA, wax, and sintered CoCr — all dry.

Why the E5

• 5 simultaneous axes with ±35° B-axis — broadest rotation angle in the vhf EASE class. Undercuts, angled screw channels, and complex bridge geometries are fully accessible.
• 17-tool capacity — 16 tools + 1 airtool. Load all roughing, semi-finish, and finish burs for multiple materials without stopping to swap.
• 98.5 mm discs up to 40 mm thick — plus block milling (up to 40 × 20 × 20 mm). Switch between disc and block jobs on the same machine.
• No compressed air — airtool technology. The E5 generates its own chip clearing airflow. No compressor, no plumbing.
• Cast aluminum body — reduces vibration for cleaner surface finishes and longer bur life.

Positioning: Practice + Small Lab

The E5 bridges the gap between chairside convenience and lab or practice production. At 47 kg with no compressed air, it installs anywhere. For higher production volume with more spindle power, step up to the K5+.
