vhf E5 — 5-Axis Dry Disc Mill

The first 5-axis dry disc mill that requires no compressed air. 17-tool changer, ±35° B-axis rotation, and compatibility with 98.5 mm discs up to 40 mm thick. Mills zirconia, composites, PMMA, wax, and sintered CoCr — all dry.

Why the E5

• 5 simultaneous axes with ±35° B-axis — broadest rotation angle in the vhf EASE class. Undercuts, angled screw channels, and complex bridge geometries are fully accessible.
• 17-tool capacity — 16 tools + 1 airtool. Load all roughing, semi-finish, and finish burs for multiple materials without stopping to swap.
• 98.5 mm discs up to 40 mm thick — plus block milling (up to 40 × 20 × 20 mm). Switch between disc and block jobs on the same machine.
• No compressed air — airtool technology. The E5 generates its own chip clearing airflow. No compressor, no plumbing.
• Cast aluminum body — reduces vibration for cleaner surface finishes and longer bur life.
