You finish a smile design in Smile Creator, load a patient photo, and AI composites the 3D design onto the 2D image. It matches perspective, lighting, skin tone, and lip contour automatically. You get a before-and-after image in seconds.

Common questions
Do purchased credits expire?
+Account credits (the ones you buy from Dentcore) are tied to your exocad account and shared across all your licenses. They stay available until you use them. Your free monthly license credits (10 or 30 depending on license type) reset each month and don't carry over.
What exocad software version do I need?
+DentalCAD 3.2 Elefsina (Feature Release, build 9036+) or DentalCAD 3.3 Chemnitz. Your my.exocad cloud integration needs to be activated. Works in both US and EU.
How quickly are credits delivered?
+Within 24 hours. We add credits to your my.exocad account using the email you give us. You'll get a confirmation email when they're loaded.
What’s the difference between License Credits and Account Credits?
+License credits come free with your exocad subscription: Flex gets 30/month, Perpetual with upgrade contract gets 10/month. They reset each month. Account credits are the ones you buy from Dentcore. They're shared across all your licenses and stay on your account until used.
Can I get a refund on credits?
+If credits haven't been delivered to your exocad account yet, full refund. Once delivered, the transfer to exocad is irreversible, so no refund. If you're trying AI for the first time, start with a 50-credit pack.
I already get free monthly credits with my license. Why would I buy more?
+Additional credits can be purchased in packs of 10, 50, 100, 250, or 500. TruSmile Photo uses 2 credits and Video uses 10, so most labs need extra credits beyond the license allocation.
