High-intensity xenon flash post-curing unit for dental 3D prints. The Otoflash uses rapid xenon strobe pulses instead of continuous UV LEDs — delivering significantly more curing energy in less time for fully polymerized, mechanically strong parts.

Why Xenon Flash Curing

• Xenon flash technology — thousands of high-intensity light pulses penetrate deeper into the resin than continuous LED exposure. Better through-cure for thick parts like denture bases and splints.
• Faster cure cycles — complete post-curing in minutes, not the 30-60 minutes typical of LED cure units.
• Broad spectrum — xenon flash covers a wider wavelength range than single-wavelength LEDs. Works with 385 nm and 405 nm resins without changing bulbs.
• Nitrogen connectable — connect an external nitrogen source for oxygen-free curing of biocompatible resins that require inert atmosphere post-processing.

Applications

Post-curing all dental 3D-printed appliances: denture bases, splints, surgical guides, temporary crowns, models, and custom trays. Especially valuable for biocompatible appliances where complete polymerization affects mechanical properties and residual monomer levels.
