T-Marker device requirements: which iPad and iPhone work
T-Marker uses the camera on your own Apple device. The kit does not include one, so check what you have before ordering.
Supported devices
- iPad Pro, 2024 model or newer. The T-Marker manual names the 2024 iPad Pro as the minimum.
- iPhone 15 Pro or newer Pro / Pro Max. TruAbutment lists these on its T-Marker page.
Android phones and tablets are not supported. The app is only on the Apple App Store.
Pairing the device
After activating a plan, you pair the device with the TruSuite T-Marker app by entering the device's 9-digit number in the app. Then you can create cases.
iPad or iPhone?
Both run the same capture. The manual's illustrations use an iPad Pro, and the larger screen makes the progress icons and distance gauge easier to read chairside. An iPhone Pro is lighter to hold over a maxillary case.
