Subscription terms

No upgrades or downgrades. Monthly subscription licenses cannot be upgraded or downgraded after purchase. Please choose the modules you need before ordering.

Flex subscriptions renew monthly and are typically charged 5-10 days before renewal. Cancel monthly; a cancelled license has no grace period and cannot be reactivated, so re-subscribing requires a new license and initial setup. Failed payment can lead to license deactivation.

US-region license only. Requires an exocad USB dongle and a US-registered my.exocad.com account. Per-seat license for one user and one computer, with online activation and continuous validation.
