First payment = initial fee:
$214 one-time setup + first month.
Monthly rate begins month 2.
Subscription terms: renews monthly, charged 5–10 days before renewal. Cancel monthly — a cancelled license has no grace period and cannot be reactivated (re-subscribing = new license + initial fee). Failed payment leads to deactivation. US-region license only; use outside the US (incl. VPN/remote access) is prohibited. Requires an exocad USB dongle and a US-registered my.exocad.com account; per-seat (one user, one computer); online activation with continuous validation.
