dx finest crown is a Class IIa medical device for 3D printing permanent single crowns, up to 3-unit bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, and denture teeth. It delivers flexural strength above 100 MPa and a Barcol hardness above 50, matching the mechanical demands of permanent posterior restorations. Available in 9 VITA classical shades (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B3, BL, C2, D3) in 500g and 1,000g bottles. MMA-free and biocompatible per ISO 10993-1. Made in Germany.

Post-cure protocol
Otoflash G171: 2x2,000 flashes under nitrogen (~6 min), rotate parts halfway. PrograPrint Cure: 405 nm at 45% for 5 min + 460 nm at 45% for 5 min. Dreve PCU LED N2: 40% intensity, 6:40 min with vacuum + nitrogen. Allow 30 min at room temperature after cleaning before post-cure. Processing temp: 23°C ± 2°C.
