Impact-resistant denture bases for demanding patients.
dx finest denture impact adds impact resistance to the denture base formulation. Designed for patients who are hard on their prosthetics, bruxers, or cases where standard bases chip or crack. Viscosity of 700 mPas for smooth printing. Flexural strength around 80 MPa with improved toughness over standard denture resin. Pink-transparent, pink, and dark reddish pink options. Class IIa, FDA 510(k) cleared.

Post-cure protocol
Otoflash G171: 2x2,000 flashes under nitrogen, rotate halfway. When bonding denture teeth to base: first bond with 400 flashes, then full post-cure at 2x1,800 flashes under nitrogen. Processing temp: 23°C ± 2°C.
