Specialty build tray for the Asiga Ultra that enables UltraGLOSS™ surface finishing. Produces smoother part surfaces directly off the build tray — less post-processing for provisional restorations and aesthetic parts.

What UltraGLOSS Does

• Smoother surface finish — reduces visible layer lines on printed parts. Particularly noticeable on provisional crowns, veneers, and try-in appliances.
• Less polishing needed — parts come off the tray closer to final surface quality. Saves post-processing time in the lab.
• 2L capacity for standard production runs

When to Use

Use the UltraGLOSS tray for parts where surface aesthetics matter: temporary crowns, smile try-ins, denture teeth. Use standard trays for models, surgical guides, and other parts where surface finish is less critical.
