T-Marker AOT vs URIS vs Straumann: which kit fits your MUAs?
Share
All three T-Marker kits use the same app and produce the same STL output. What changes is the connection the markers screw into. Pick the kit that matches the multi-unit abutments you restore, not the brand name on the implant box.
Side by side
| Kit | Connection | Markers | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| AOT (TMK-AT) | All-on-T, M1.4 | 10 | $3,000 |
| URIS (TMK-UR) | URIS, M1.6 | 10 | $3,000 |
| Straumann® (TMK-ST) | ST35 + ST46 | 12 (2 + 10) | $4,000 |
AOT: the widest list
The AOT kit is for the All-on-T (M1.4) connection. TruAbutment's compatibility chart puts 24 implant systems in this group, including ACH Medical, Adin, AlphaBio, BioHorizons, Biomet 3i, Camlog, Dentsply Sirona, DENTIS, DESS, ETK Tetra, Hiossen, J Dental Care, Medentis Medical, Medentika, MegaGen, Meisinger, NeoBiotech, Neodent, Nobel Biocare, S.I.N. Implant, Southern Implants, Sweden & Martina, Thommen Medical and ZimVie.
URIS: the M1.6 group
The URIS kit is for the M1.6 connection. The chart lists MIS and Ritter in the same group. M1.6 and M1.4 are different threads, so an AOT marker will not replace a URIS marker.
Straumann®: two platforms in one case
The Straumann® kit holds two platform sizes, ST35 and ST46, each with its own markers and HS Caps. It is the only kit with twelve markers and the only one with a Torx screwdriver.
Still unsure?
Look at the MUA itself: brand, platform and connection are printed on the label. Send that to Dentcore at 844-292-8023 or info@dentcore.com and we will tell you which kit fits before you order.
