How to use Model WW

Prepare

Use the Model WW profile for your confirmed printer. Mix as directed and keep the tank free of cured fragments.

Print

Orient and support the part for its geometry, then review the sliced job. Use only the matching printer, material and layer-height profile.

Clean

Follow the Model WW water-wash instructions. Collect resin-contaminated wash water; do not pour it into a drain. Follow the safety data sheet and local disposal requirements.

Finish

Dry fully before the prescribed post-cure cycle. Inspect the model before trimming or further laboratory work.

Water-washable describes the cleaning process, not permission to skip post-curing or dispose of wash water as ordinary wastewater.

Before the first print

Exact material profile

Printer, resin name, shade and layer height must match. A 405 nm light source alone does not establish compatibility.

Handling and storage

Follow the bottle label and safety data sheet for protective equipment, storage, mixing and disposal. Keep uncured resin and contaminated wash liquid out of drains.

Validated processing

Do not guess exposure, wash or curing times. Use the material's current instructions and the named curing equipment.
