Graphy Dental Resin: The Complete Guide for Labs & Practices
Graphy dental materials cover several different jobs: crowns and bridges, denture bases, aligners, surgical guides and laboratory models. Start with the part you need to make, then choose the material and its processing workflow. The product names below link to the current Dentcore listings.
Choose the material by application
A crown-and-bridge material and a flexible denture material have different purposes. TC-80DP belongs to the crown-and-bridge range; TFDH is the flexible denture material. Keep those names separate when choosing a bottle, a print profile or a post-processing manual.

Crown & bridge
TC-80DP is the crown-and-bridge material. Graphy provides a dedicated TC-80DP and THC2N processing manual. Select the shade and bottle size on the product page, then use the matching material instructions for printing and finishing.
BR-23 has its own prosthetics processing manual. For a bridge case, match the planned restoration to that material's current indications and design requirements. Use the BR-23 instructions rather than transferring settings from TC-80DP.
Denture base
THD is the hard denture base option. Base fabrication, tooth selection and bonding are separate steps in a denture workflow. Choose the applicable base-and-tooth combination and bonding procedure together.
TFDH is the flexible denture option. Graphy publishes a separate TFDH and THC2N manual. Compare it with THD according to the denture design and material requirements; TC-80DP is a different product category.
Surgical guide & castable
SG-100 is the surgical guide material. Cleaning and sterilization must follow its current instructions for use. A heat-distortion figure alone does not specify a complete sterilization cycle.
SC-130 is used to print casting patterns. Include the investment material and burnout procedure when planning this workflow.
Model, gingiva, aligner
S-200M is the model resin currently listed at Dentcore. Use the settings supplied for S-200M when moving from an older model resin.
TE-600 simulates soft tissue on printed models for checking restoration seating.
TA-28 is one of the models named in the FDA K240597 Tera Harz Clear aligner submission. Its documented workflow includes specified equipment and professional treatment planning. Select the printer, design workflow and cure process for the exact material version.
Post-processing and appliance care
Cure and Spinner handle post-processing. Care is for appliance cleaning and warming. They have different roles:
Tera Harz Cure is a 405 nm UV post-curing unit. Use the curing settings specified for the exact resin and equipment model. The user guide treats the nitrogen generator as an optional configuration with separate installation instructions; confirm the supplied configuration before installation.
Tera Harz Care is an ultrasonic cleaner and warmer for aligner care. Its role is appliance maintenance. For uncured-resin removal, follow the separate post-processing instructions for the selected resin.
Tera Harz Spinner removes residual resin by centrifugal action. Its heater helps resin flow during spinning. Follow the material-specific loading and processing instructions before the separate curing step.
Printer compatibility
Choose the print profile and post-processing instructions together. Graphy's TC-80DP, BR-23 and TFDH manuals identify separate material workflows. For a new setup, provide the resin name, printer model and cure-unit version so Dentcore can help locate the relevant documentation.
