Graphy Dental Resin: The Complete Guide for Labs & Practices

Graphy is a South Korean resin manufacturer. Their crown material TC-80DP tests at 350 MPa biaxial flexural strength (ISO 6872). Most competing 3D print resins sit between 100 and 150 MPa. Outside labs have confirmed those numbers, not just Graphy's own data.

How the chemistry works

Most resins force a choice between hard and tough. Graphy uses two carbon backbones in the same polymer. One provides stiffness, the other impact resistance. They adjust the ratio per product: more stiffness for crowns, more flex for denture bases. One manufacturer, ground that normally takes three or four resin brands to cover.

Independent research

Published studies on TC-80DP (none funded by Graphy):

A 2022 study tested TC-80DP printed crowns against prefabricated zirconia on primary molars. No statistically significant difference in fracture resistance. (PMC9600781)

A 2024 pilot ran fatigue testing against NextDent C&B. NextDent failed at 420 cycles. Graphy went to 675,221. Same study looked at thermal expansion: 83.9 x 10-6/K for TC-80DP vs. 123.6 for NextDent. Less expansion, less dimensional distortion. (PMC11048395)

Separate 2025 work in Scientific Reports measured flexural modulus at 2,508 MPa for TC-80DP, vs. 15,112 MPa for milled nano-hybrid resin. Printed crowns flex more. Whether that helps or hurts depends on the clinical situation. (Nature Scientific Reports)

No long-term clinical data exists publicly. The bench numbers are strong, but nobody has published multi-year in-mouth survival data as of early 2026.

TC-80DP is the flagship. 350 MPa biaxial flexural strength (ISO 6872), 675,000 fatigue cycles in independent testing, Shore 80D. A1, A2, A3 shades. Permanent crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, overlays.

BR-23 handles longer spans. 220 MPa, higher elongation than TC-80DP. Bridges over 6 units, implant-supported work where flex at the connectors helps. FDA cleared.

THD comes in five shades: White, Clear, Light Pink, Pink, Coral. Bonds directly to TC-80DP teeth. Print the base, print the teeth, bond them. No separate adhesive system. FDA cleared, 8 sub-models.

TFDH is the flexible option. 100 MPa, Coral Pink and Light Pink. For partials where rigid acrylic is too stiff. Graphy says it's the first 3D-printable biocompatible flex denture material available.

SG-100 is transparent and survives autoclave at 130°C. Not all guide resins do. If your protocol requires steam sterilization, this handles it.

SC-130 burns out clean, zero ash. Low viscosity for fine casting detail. Any DLP/LCD printer. Cast frameworks, copings, press-to-metal.

Model, gingiva, aligner

S-100M is a model resin. Low shrinkage, Beige and Grey, 385nm. Consistent.

TE-600 simulates soft tissue on printed models for checking restoration seating.

TA-28 prints aligners directly, no thermoforming. Shape memory material that returns to form at body temperature. Shore 85D+, FDA cleared. Most practices aren't using this yet, but the clearance is there.

Tera Harz Cure is a 405nm UV curing unit with a built-in nitrogen generator (99.9% purity). Nitrogen atmosphere prevents the sticky oxygen-inhibited layer you get curing in open air. Fully cured surface, no sanding needed.

Tera Harz Care is an ultrasonic washer with heater. Strips uncured resin without scrubbing by hand.

Tera Harz Spinner is a heated centrifuge. Flings pooled resin off internal surfaces before curing. Most useful for hollow parts like crowns and denture bases where pooled resin cures unevenly.

Printer compatibility
