The Ceramix-Nano workflow already combines capsule printing and integrated curing in a compact chairside system. The Aesthetic Curing Kit adds one more optional step: controlled N2/CO2 gas curing after stain and glaze for cases where the final surface appearance matters most.
Strength cure and aesthetic cure are different decisions
Standard Ceramix-Nano curing is the main production step for the restoration. The aesthetic kit is not meant to replace that workflow. It is a finishing add-on used after characterization, when the case calls for a more refined surface cure.
Why N2/CO2 gas curing matters
Oxygen can interfere with the surface layer during light curing. A gas-curing environment is designed to reduce oxygen exposure around the restoration surface during the final cure. In practical terms, this makes the kit most relevant for anterior crowns, veneers, and cases where stain, glaze, and surface gloss are part of the treatment plan.
The four-step finishing concept
- Print and complete the normal Ceramix-Nano curing workflow.
- Apply stain or glaze when the case needs surface characterization.
- Use the aesthetic kit to introduce N2 or CO2 into the sealed chamber.
- Complete the final gas-curing cycle before finishing and delivery.
