Choose the workflow before the package
Start with where the scanner will be used and who will operate it. A dedicated workstation, a scanner shared between rooms and an additional station for overlapping appointments need different arrangements. Discuss those details before choosing the computer package.
If you already own a computer, provide its exact model and specifications for a compatibility review. For an iPad configuration, discuss the intended i900 Mobility workflow specifically. Do not assume an iPad package applies to every scanner in the offer.

Check the included access and warranty
The six-month AuraVue Pro inclusion on the Q4 sheet applies to new i900 Classic and Mobility purchases in the United States. It is not listed as an iE inclusion. Ask for the redemption instructions and current terms with your quote, including what happens after the included period.
Keep the warranty and computer coverage separate in your review. Request written confirmation of the supplied workstation and its coverage rather than assuming the scanner's warranty describes every item in the package.
Compare any existing-owner option before ordering
