Medit i900 Mobility Q4 bundles: laptop, iPad or both?

The Medit i900 Mobility US Q4 offer is $15,999 for the scanner, $17,999 with either a laptop or an iPad, and $19,999 with both. Choose the package around how your team plans to scan and review cases.

These prices apply to the October 1-December 31, 2026 offer and already include the promotional discount. All four configurations on the official sales sheet include a three-year warranty and six months of AuraVue Pro in the United States. Applicable tax and shipping are additional.

Scanner only: review the equipment you already have

A scanner-only quote is worth considering when you already have a suitable workstation. Give Dentcore the exact computer model, installed memory and graphics specification. Ask for a review of the intended connection and software workflow before relying on the equipment.

Include the physical setup in that discussion. Identify where the operator will view the scan, where the team will review the case and where the equipment will be stored between uses. Arrange a demonstration that follows that sequence.

Laptop: plan the main workstation

Medit's Q4 sales sheet describes an HP ZBook with Medit Link pre-installed. Ask Dentcore to identify the supplied model and configuration in your quote. Confirm who will handle workstation setup and support alongside the scanner installation.

We recommend involving the person responsible for your practice's computers before ordering. Give them the intended scan-and-send workflow so they can check the workstation against the practice's access and software requirements.

iPad: test the intended chairside sequence

The official package lists a 13-inch iPad Pro paired with Medit Link Express and three years of AppleCare. This is an i900 Mobility configuration. Ask to see the actual workflow your team intends to use before selecting it.

Have the operator walk through a training case, then have the person responsible for review and lab communication follow the handoff. Decide where each step will happen and which device the team expects to use. Record any requirement that remains unanswered after the demonstration.

Laptop and iPad: justify each device's role

The $19,999 package is $2,000 above either single-device package. That is a comparison of the published package totals, not a standalone device price or a separate discount.

Choose both when you can describe the work each will perform. For example, discuss an iPad-based chairside sequence and a separate laptop review station during the demonstration. Verify that the demonstrated workflow supports your intended use; purchasing two devices alone does not establish that process.

Ask about Medit's white-glove installation program

Medit's separate i900 Mobility sales sheet advertises complimentary white-glove installation with a scanner purchase. It describes onsite setup, connection testing in the practice and guidance through the team's first scan. Ask Dentcore to confirm whether your purchase and location qualify and how the visit is arranged.

The installation sheet does not specify a service area, eligibility rules or an end date. Confirm the applicable program details separately from the dated Q4 package offer.

Put the final configuration in writing

Request an itemized quote with the scanner, supplied devices, coverage and included access clearly identified. Confirm availability, redemption steps for AuraVue Pro and the expected shipment date. If you already own a Medit scanner, ask Dentcore to compare any eligible program before selecting your offer.
