RAYSHAPE tanks, platforms and film: match the part number

Order a RAYSHAPE replacement tank, build platform or film kit by printer model and manufacturer part number. The Edge E2, Edge Max and Edge mini use different parts, and Edge mini has two tank/platform formats. A similar size label is not enough to establish fit.

The tables below match Dentcore's current selections to RAYSHAPE part references. Keep both identifiers when reordering: the short model code, such as RS-RT-09, and the longer manufacturer SKU, such as RSSP002009. Dentcore's own DC-RS stock code is a separate identifier.

Edge E2 parts

The E2 tank selection carries a 192 x 108 mm label, while the platform and film-kit selections carry 192 x 120 mm. Preserve the part references when comparing these listings. Do not change a tank order to another model simply to make the printed dimensions match. Confirm the installed component if its label differs.

Edge Max parts

These Edge Max selections carry a 290 x 160 mm label. Match the component category as well as the code: a tank, a build platform and a film kit are separate order items. The shared size label does not mean that one item includes the others.

Edge mini: confirm the 130 or 74 format

RAYSHAPE describes Edge mini's large platform with a larger tank and its small platform with a smaller tank. Confirm the format already installed before ordering either component.

The 130 and 74 labels here identify store selections. They should not be treated as complete usable build dimensions. RAYSHAPE's current product page and its earlier launch announcement describe the small build area differently. Use the installed part label and printer configuration to resolve a replacement order, rather than converting a build-volume figure into a spare-part number.

Choose a film kit separately from a tank

Dentcore's release film kits currently have E2 and Max selections, both labelled with screen film. Confirm the supplied contents for the exact kit before ordering. Those two selections do not establish an Edge mini replacement-film option.

If you need film for Edge mini, send the printer and tank reference to Dentcore for identification. Do not order the E2 kit as a substitute based on appearance or size. Follow the current model-specific service instructions for any replacement work.

A short checklist before checkout

• Read the printer model from the machine label, including the full Edge model name.
• Identify whether you need a complete tank, a platform or a film kit.
• Compare the installed part reference with the exact selection above. For Edge mini, include the 130 or 74 format.
• Check the selected option in the cart and confirm included contents and current availability.
