Medit Q4 vs loyalty pricing: compare the offer for your next scanner

An existing Medit owner should compare the Q4 offer with eligible loyalty pricing before ordering another scanner. Compare complete quotes for the same configuration; the programs cannot be stacked.

The best place to start is your intended scanner and workstation. Once that configuration is clear, ask Dentcore which programs you qualify for and what each written quote includes.

Check loyalty eligibility first

Medit's published loyalty terms cover owners of i500, i600, i700, i700 wireless, i900, i900 Classic, i900 Mobility and T-Series scanners. The original scanner's serial number must appear on or be referenced by the new scanner invoice, and the purchase must be through an authorized distributor. The program runs through December 31, 2026 and cannot be combined with other offers.

Have your existing model and serial number available when requesting an eligibility review. Ask for confirmation before relying on a program price. The loyalty terms are distinct from the competitor trade-in program; owning an eligible scanner and disposing of a scanner are different situations.

Compare scanner-only prices without adding discounts twice

The loyalty figures above are from Medit's published program page; the Q4 figures are from its official US sales sheet and Dentcore's current Q4 page, checked October 1, 2026. Each price already reflects its applicable program. Prices and availability can change, so confirm the current eligible quote before purchasing.

Compare the same package and included access

Keep scanner-only and workstation packages separate in your comparison. If one quote includes a laptop, request a matching configuration for the alternative offer. Check the supplied model, warranty and support details on each quote.

The Q4 US sales sheet includes six months of AuraVue Pro with i900 Classic and Mobility. Do not assume a benefit shown on that sheet also belongs to a loyalty quote. Ask Dentcore to identify the included access and redemption conditions for the specific program you select.

Decide what the additional scanner needs to solve

Review when your team waits for the existing scanner and whether the delay comes from equipment, workstation access or an available operator. Use that review to define the new station's role. A lower purchase price is useful only if the chosen configuration fits the work you intend to add.

If the plan is a second room, include its computer, staff access and lab handoff in the demonstration. Have the team explain how the two stations will be used during a normal working day before choosing the package.

Request two comparable quotes

Provide your current scanner details and preferred new configuration. Ask Dentcore to compare the applicable programs with all inclusions and conditions written down. Confirm the purchase requirements before the December 31 deadline and ask separately about shipment timing.
