Premium direct investment casting resin by Asiga. SuperCAST offers low viscosity for easy printing and cleaning, smooth surfaces at 50-micron resolution, and compatibility with standard wax burnout schedules.

Workflow

Two fast IPA baths, quick post-cure, then ready for immediate embedding. No special burnout schedule required — use your existing wax burnout program.

Available in SuperCAST V3 (superior resolution) and SuperCAST X formulations. ISO 13485:2016 manufactured.
